Christopher Charles Geppert, conhecido como Christopher Cross, \u00e9 um talentoso cantor, compositor e guitarrista norte-americano que completa hoje 74 anos.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n

Nascido em San Antonio, Texas, em 3 de maio de 1951, iniciou sua carreira nos anos 70 com a banda FLASH e ganhou destaque como guitarrista.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sua habilidade o levou a substituir Ritchie Blackmore em um show do Deep Purple.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Em 1980, lan\u00e7ou seu \u00e1lbum de estreia solo, Christopher Cross, que lhe rendeu cinco pr\u00eamios Grammy, incluindo Grava\u00e7\u00e3o e Can\u00e7\u00e3o do Ano com “Sailing”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Em 1981, alcan\u00e7ou reconhecimento mundial com “Best That You Can Do”, trilha do filme Arthur, vencedora do Oscar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lan\u00e7ou 15 \u00e1lbuns ao longo da carreira, sendo Secret Ladder (2014) o mais recente, com destaque para a m\u00fasica “Reverend Blowhard”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
